If a figure on this site doesn’t match its underlying FEC, IRS, or SEC filing, it’s a bug. Tell us what’s wrong, what it should say, and link the filing that proves it. We review every submission against the primary source and publish a response within 14 days.

HOW WE REVIEW

We compare the disputed figure against the primary source you cite. If the underlying filing supports your correction, we update the record. If it doesn’t, we publish a written response explaining the basis for the figure we kept.

WHEN WE RESPOND

Within 14 days of receipt. If you supply an email we reply directly; otherwise the response is summarised in the methodology page’s changelog when that changelog is published. A dedicated public corrections log is on the roadmap. Defamation claims should be routed through legal counsel using the address on /legal/terms.
